Installation

will ensure satisfaction with your security system installation. Payment for
your installation will not be required until your satisfaction has been
achieved.

System Repair
Your
request for a system repair visit will be fulfilled within 24 hours of that
request.
•
Event Notification
You
or your designated representative will receive a follow-up notification of any
alarm activation generated by your system. This follow-up is in addition to any
real-time emergency notification performed.

Periodic Risk Evaluation
ResponseNet
will attempt to personally visit your location at least once every 6 months to, re-evaluate your risk portfolio and update any critical information
required.

One Call Resolution
All ResponseNet personnel are trained and empowered to answer your
question or resolve your issue either immediately or with a subsequent and
scheduled return call.

Clean Work Environment
Whenever
visited by a ResponseNet employee, that employee will clearly identify him or
herself, be professional in appearance and communication, and ensure that your
home or workplace are respected and protected. Your location will be as clean
when our employees leave, as it was when they arrived.
